This policy explains what personal information WebKitchen Development Studios Ltd (“WebKitchen”, “we”) collects through webkitchen.dev, how we use it and the choices you have. It describes what we actually do today.
Who we are

- Contact form: your name, email address, message, and optionally your phone number, the service you need and your budget range.
- Job applications: your name, email address, a link to your CV or portfolio, a written note, the role you applied for, and optionally your phone number.
- Messages you send us directly by email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: like most websites, standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested is processed when you visit, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To review job applications and respond to applicants.
- To keep the website working and secure.
We use your information only for these purposes.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our public pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Who else may handle your information
We use trusted service providers to run this website and handle enquiries. They act on our behalf, and some of them store or process information outside Nigeria. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation. Our homepage also links to our public Trustpilot profile; if you follow that link, Trustpilot's own privacy policy applies, as it does for the project and product sites we link to.
Keeping information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us and limit access to authorised team members. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw a job application at any time by emailing hello@webkitchen.dev. You can also contact us if you have a concern about how your information has been handled.
